  1. Breathe….slow exhalation helps relax the body.
  2. Eat lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein
  3. Drink lots of water
  4. Meditation
  5. Yoga
  6. Move your body – find an exercise that you enjoy doing
  7. Go to bed early – sleep is so important
  8. Spend time in nature
  9. Be with supportive friends/family
  10. Practice mindfulness/present moment awareness
  11. Be grateful – the more that you are grateful for, the more that you will be given to be grateful for.
