- Breathe….slow exhalation helps relax the body.
- Eat lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein
- Drink lots of water
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Move your body – find an exercise that you enjoy doing
- Go to bed early – sleep is so important
- Spend time in nature
- Be with supportive friends/family
- Practice mindfulness/present moment awareness
- Be grateful – the more that you are grateful for, the more that you will be given to be grateful for.
