When a client comes for a Reflexology treatment, we talk about what is going on in their body. One of my suggestions is to use Essential Oil on the bottom of their feet. It is readily absorbed and goes to the part of the body needing assistance.

I use doTerra essential oils. They are 100% natural and safe. There is nothing added to their oils. They are Certified Pure Tested Grade. Each bottle has the batch number of the bottom. You can look up to see which tests have been done and the results of the test. What company does this? I am so impressed with doTerra.

I love and use all their oils, so it was difficult to choose only 5 oils.

Frankincense – Is known as ‘The King of Oils’ So many ‘anti’ agents such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and so much more. It is the first oil that I put on my clients feet because it pulls the other oils that I put on their feet into the body.

Onguard – is a blend of oils including Orange, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary. Onguard has anti-bacteria and anti-virus properties and may be helpful to problems related to the Immune System. This is especially important this time of year with colds and flu going around.

Deep Blue – this blend contains oils of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Blue Tansy, German Chamomile and Helichrysum that assist in soothing inflammation and pain. It is perfect for the person who is suffering with sore feet. If a client tells me that they have a sore back, I apply a few drops of Deep Blue along the reflex for the back.

Adaptiv – is a blend including Wild Orange, Lavender, Copaiv, Spearmint, Magnolia, Rosemary, Neroli and Sweetgum. If a client tells me that they are feeling stressed or emotional, this is my first ‘go-to’ as it promotes the soothing and uplifting feelings you need to get through the day. Whenever my clients smell this oil, they all absolutely love it.

Peppermint – soothes digestive difficulties, helps to relieve headaches, heartburn, and is stimulating to just name a few benefits. This is the last oil that I use on clients feet because it pulls the oils into the body, or in this case, the feet. I had someone who was very tired and needed to drive. I rubbed a drop of peppermint on their temples. They immediately felt alert.
