Here it is almost the end of November and guess what’s going around? It’s cold season and it’s a nasty bug this year. Today I am going to share a few reflexes to work on your feet to boost the immune system.

We have reflexes on the bottom of the feet that correspond to every organ gland muscle and nerve. So the two reflexes that help with immune and the thymus gland or the ileocecal gland, where the small and large intestines meet. Another tip… I use doTERRA On Guard essential oil.

“doTERRA On Guard, a proprietary essential oil blend, provides a natural and effective alternative for immune support when used internally.* On Guard protects against environmental and seasonal threats with essential oils known for their positive effects on the immune system when ingested.* doTERRA On Guard can be taken internally on a daily basis to maintain healthy immune function and support healthy cardiovascular function.” (doTERRA On Guard)

It helps to BOOST your immune system. You can diffuse it or you can put a drop in your hands and breathe it in or you can put a drop on the bottoms of your feet and it’s soaked in through the reflexes and the pours and the nerves of your feet goes to all parts of your body again to boost your immune system.
